Enrollment rises at community colleges
JACKSON – Officials say enrollment is up 7.2 percent at the state’s community and junior colleges. According to preliminary figures from the State Community College Board, credit enrollment for this fall is 88,800 students. That’s 6,000 more than fall 2009.
